60. Be a guy for a day. That’s it. (If I Were A Boy….)
I just wanted to say a quick thank you to all my followers, I have reached 70! That’s exciting! Thank you for taking the time to like and/or read my posts! I’m glad it’s more than just me! I am actually going to be coming out with some tips for the new Sims 4 game if not today then sometime this week for us gamers out there! Anyway, here’s
last week’s list if you’re bored.
Martin Garrix looking fresh.
Shawn Mendes. BTW, I think they’re all cute, even if this one’s a year younger than me 🙂
I have three guys in mind that I wanted to post about because I have been loving their music! These artists you may have heard of, they’re gaining popularity super quickly! These teenage artists have made their break and I am sincerely impressed: Martin Garrix (18), Troye Sivan (19), and Shawn Mendes (16)! I included these guys ages because they are around my age and I just couldn’t imagine being in their shoes, especially at their level of talent. I know, some of you are probably rolling your eyes thinking ‘Another Justin Bieber or One Direction’ type of thing. But my argument is that their music is different from most other pop music, they are telling a story applicable to everyone’s lives through their music. I actually am not a fan of Justin Bieber or One Direction, I get their songs stuck in my head (but who can blame me after the 1,000th time its been played), but I don’t genuinely enjoy their music.
Troye Sivan (probably from a few years ago)
I love these boys voices, and Martin’s DJing since that’s more of what he does. I have listened to both Troye’s EP “TRXYE” and Shawn’s EP “The Shawn Mendes EP” on repeat, especially tracks “Happy Little Pill” and “Life of the Party”. I believe these guys can actually sing. Troye has a YouTube channel (that I subscribe to and love), but I’m not sure if Shawn does. Shawn Mendes’ “Life of the Party” actually reminds me of Gavin McGraw’s “Not Over You”, which is a good song and artist! I haven’t given Martin Garrix as much love because I honestly haven’t delved into his music too much more besides “Animals”. I included him in this post not only because I do look forward to him releasing more music, but because I see the potential in all three of these guys and they are all in the same age group. Our generation is growing up, and no matter what anyone else may say, we have talent, aspirations, and ambition. I’m so proud of us ’90’s kids. ❤
If you haven’t heard their music but are curious: you can find each on iTunes or I like to listen to the full EPs on YouTube!
Carries everything I need 🙂 plus a book! Love the smell of leather it gives off! Belk, The Sak, $120.
At least a few times a week, I have a dream that I’m doing something that I would do in my every day life except I’m missing a piece of clothing. Why?! I have kept a dream log for a school assignment for the past eight days, and I was missing clothes twice! I mean, I joke about taking my clothes off with friends and stuff, but I don’t think I’d actually have the nerve to do it in public. What does my dreams mean? Am I going to be pantsed soon? Does anyone else have these kinds of dreams?
I’m not so sure this post has a point, I guess I just wanted to get a laugh from you guys. 🙂 Maybe I’ve been influenced subconsciously by Kim Kardashian’s buns, hun!
Hey guys, what’s up?! I have a feeling today’s bucket list it going to be funny 🙂

Have you ever been so busy that you don’t have time to take a breath? When you feel so overwhelmed that you want to cry but you don’t even have time to do that? I feel like this at some point at least once a week. I’ve even named it “The Breaking Point” because I am so stressed leading up to it, then break down, then I get over it. Why do I have to break down every time before I realized that my meltdown did nothing but waste more time, which is the reason I broke down in the first place. It’s a never-ending cycle. I need to stop this habit and avoid getting too stressed about nothing. It’s only a matter of time when you stress out so much that you need a release. It’s like in the song “Shattered”: “How many times can I break til I shatter?”
Stress is definitely not healthy when it comes in abundances. There’s no way one can completely eliminate stress, because it’s human to be a little stressed. We all have goals, expectations, and motivations to live up to don’t we? But I have a serious problem, my whole life revolves around getting everything done and being the best at it. I lose sleep over things other people wouldn’t bat an eye at. It’s ridiculous and sad actually because it gets to rule my life instead of me. I am a perfectionist, therefore I want to do everything possible and also do it 110%, and it bothers me if I don’t.
My problem is that I worry too much. Worrying too much is not good for you as well as not worrying enough. I know, now you’re wondering “Well, what amount is just right?” I say that if it doesn’t affect your daily life to the point where you are afraid of failing at anything like me, or on the other hand, you are failing at everything but don’t really care, you’re fine. If your stress does affect you a little more than “I’ll get it done, I plan to do it tomorrow,” then it is concerning. My main point is that stressing out about everything or nothing at all hurts you more than it helps. And we, in our busy lives within a fast-paced society, don’t have time for any setbacks!
So, here’s to taking a break every now and then to keep your sanity. It’ll help you more in the long run to be more productive.
It’s been a long week, it seemed like my work was never going to end! However, I am in a pretty decent mood today! I seriously don’t mean to neglect my blog like I have been for the past few weeks, but I my work and family has been keeping me busy from 6 AM to 10 or 11 PM each day. I honestly can’t wait until I have some more free time to spend on here, I hope I have time this week! I hope you’re having a lovely Sunday! ❤
31. Read 100 books in a year. Yes, I am a nerd and I think I really could do that if I set my mind to it. And if I didn’t get tired of reading.
32. Have no cares in the world for a little while. Life is a bowl of cherries, anyone? 😉
33. Meet Michelangelo. We have the same birthday, along with Shaq! But seriously, both of them are pretty amazing. I would like to pick Michelangelo’s brain.
34. Meet Shaq and give him a big, awkward hug. Enough said.
35. Have something named after me (i.e. a building, an organization. a disease…) :p
36. Never run out of ideas.
37. Never run out of motivation. I’m pretty lazy.
38. Play professional football. (Concussion? No thanks.)
39. Develop telekinesis.
40. Own at least ten different species for pets at the same time that are not reptiles, amphibians, or birds. No monkeys either.
I will probably make a category and a page dedicated to just My Ridiculous Bucket List, eventually! But for now, you can check out last week’s post here and each post will link to the one before.
